Africa Travel in a Recessionary Economy

Sharm el Sheikh in Egypt, a favorite Africa travel destinationThe global economic crisis has without doubt necessitated the change of vacation plans for many people. Faced with reduced disposable incomes, some have had to cancel their Africa holiday plans altogether, while others have opted for cheaper or nearer alternative destinations, which may not be as interesting as the initially planned destination. I invite you to take part in this simple poll on the impact of the economic crisis on Africa travel plans.

The following travel tips can help you enjoy a great Africa vacation at favorable costs:

The Great Wildebeest Migration Report - Free Download

By now you must be well aware that the Great Wilderbeest Migration has been named as one the new Seven Wonders of the World. We did research and with the help of my great assistant Lynette, came up with this report that delves into much greater details regarding this spectacular natural phenomenon that occurs every year between Kenyan and Tanzania.

This is one event that you will not want to miss when you tour East Africa. Millions of Wilderbeests, spurred on by natural instinct, begin to move from the Serengeti in Tanzania relentlessly tracked by Africa’s great predators and cross through the crocodile infested Mara River that borders the two countries to forage for food in Masai Mara covering a distance of over 1,800 miles. To read more about this phenomenon, download our Maasai Mara Wilderbeest Migration report for free :-)
